• Day One (Friday Evening): Arrive around 6:30 pm to a warm welcome – a glass of bubbly or soft drinks for everyone. Kick off the weekend with a high-energy escape room team challenge (1 hour) to get the creative juices flowing and reinforce collaboration. It’s a fantastic ice-breaker that sets a cooperative tone for the strategy work ahead. After the challenge, celebrate with a round of cocktails or mocktails. Dinner tonight is a laid-back affair featuring a stone-baked pizza selection for the whole team. Enjoy gourmet pizzas with a variety of toppings, ideal for sharing ideas and casual conversations in a relaxed setting. Your personal bartender will be on duty from the moment you arrive, keeping glasses filled. The evening is yours to enjoy the hotel’s amenities: soak in the hot tub, sweat it out in the sauna, or gather in the lounge. • Day Two (Saturday – Strategy Day): This entire day is dedicated to your strategy planning – your way. With high-speed Wi-Fi and a comfortable, private environment, you can conduct presentations, brainstorming sessions, or workshops without interruption. For meals, you have flexibility: make use of the kitchen facilities to prepare your own breakfast or casual lunch, or arrange catering – whichever suits your agenda. (We can help coordinate catered lunch or snack breaks upon request.) At 5:00 pm, take a well-deserved break as your personal bartender returns to set up the bar. From 7:00 pm, our private chef will serve a sumptuous three-course dinner – the perfect way to reward the team after a day of hard work. Enjoy a gourmet meal together and toast to the day’s achievements. Post-dinner, you can once again relax in the hot tub and sauna, capping off the night with some stress-free leisure.
• Day Three (Sunday): Wrap up your retreat with a slow morning. Use the kitchen facilities to whip up breakfast or brunch at your own pace. This is a good time for informal follow-up discussions or simply relaxing with a coffee after an intense Saturday. With a late checkout (12 pm), your team can finalize any action items from the strategy sessions or just enjoy a bit more downtime before heading home.
